Race means something different to certain people.
Normal is subjective. Being the majority is over-rated. Almost everything is a spectrum. Nobody fits in a box. Labels are one of the most horrible and best things in society. Communication is so amazing and complicated. You don't fully understand someone's problems until they happen to you. This is cliche`, but nobody's perfect, nobody's the same, and nobody knows everything. Everybody's human but not the same race. Differences are what makes life interesting. Balance is probably the key to life. Human interaction wins. Love wins. "Life isn't fair. It's just fairer than death, that's all." -William Goldman "They" should be a pronoun.
It should be grammatically correct to say, "go talk to them" and not "go talk to him/her". Because some people are a They. -M Also, can you pleeeeeease comment below? I would be so happy! My family is different than most because my parents are lesbians. My parents raised me that being different is okay, and it's okay for there to be lesbian or gay couples because love is all that matters. I agreed with that and I thought most other people would too. One year we went to the Pride Parade and there was this guy there yelling into a megaphone over the music and celebration. I asked my mom what he was saying into the megaphone, and she told me he was saying gays and lesbians were sinners and wouldn't go to heaven. It was a really crude awakening for me, that there were people out there who can be horrible. For a minute I questioned my own family. It was just not how I was raised at all.
by me, M So I'm writing this for school. So nervous because I have not told anyone at my school about my two moms (I am shy). Im even embarrassed to tell my teacher. 😳😣. Idk why. -M This post has been in the making for a while!
